Mario, do you understand how delicate and valuable this star actually is? It was impressive that we were able to fuse twenty stars together into one star but, to imagine its powers now.
Russ T., Chapter 17, Page 4

Russ T. is a minor character appearing in Tails Gets Trolled. He is one of Toads helping out Mario in his efforts to defeat The Trolls.

Appearance

Russ T. is unique from other Toads, sporting glasses, a blue cap, and green vest. He is also seen carrying a book around. Similar to other toads, his eyes are black with white dots representing his pupils. He, like the other Toads, is also seen wearing white pants.

History

Russ T. first appears assisting E. Gadd and Toadsworth with the creation of the Holy Star. He explains that the star was created by fusing twenty stars into one. After a Toad runs in alerting Mario to a possible intruder outside, Russ T. suggests taking the person hostage before Mario runs off to confront the intruder.

In Tails Gets Gay: The Dickfenders

Russ T. briefly appears in the Dickfenders on Page 2. He is seen helping Gay Mario prepare for the beauty pageant, suggesting a yellow and pink outfit for the plumber.

Personality

Russ T. appears to be smarter than other Toads, given the fact that he is seen helping with the development of the Holy Star. He is also quite practical, as he immediately suggests to Mario that they could take the potential troll hostage.

Abilities

Russ T. has not shown any special powers so far.

Real Life Origins

Russ T. is a minor toad appearing in the original Paper Mario for the Nintendo 64. He provides useful information and tips for Mario.

Differences

So far, Russ T. does not appear to be wildly different from his role in Paper Mario. Both incarnations still act as helpers to Mario. His original appearance in Paper Mario depicts him with an accessory worn on the back of his cap but it is unknown if he still has it in Tails Gets Trolled.
