'''Lowtax''' is a minor troll appearing in ''[[The Adventures of Underbite Troll]]''. He is based off of the original creator / owner of the website [https://www.somethingawful.com/ Something Awful].

==Appearance==
The way Lowtax is drawn bears some resemblance to a stereotypical orthodox Jew. Lowtax wears a dark blue / black suit and thick-rimmed glasses covering his eyes. He also has brown dreads and a large beard.

==History==
Lowtax appears briefly in the Adventures of Underbite Troll as one of the "most well known trolls" introduced by [[Henry]]. He simply states that he enjoys money before Henry moves away to interview [[Marley]].

==Personality==
Lowtax is a "full fledged Jew troll" who is only interested in money. Henry goes further and claims that Lowtax does not care about people and is only interested in how to make money.

==Abilities==
It is unknown whether or not Lowtax has any special powers.

==Origins==
Lowtax is based off of the creator and original owner of Something Awful, Richard Kyanka. The depiction of Lowtax as greedy and Jewish stems from [[Lazerbot]] being astounded by Something Awful's paywall (in which users who did not buy an account could not view the forums)<ref>[https://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?noseen=1&threadid=3467407&pagenumber=266&perpage=40#post409039788 A post on SA containing some of Lazerbot's reaction to the paywall being up] ([https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/628257789348675585/909207054655320144/lazerbot_paywall.PNG?width=2880&height=747 image])</ref>, as well as Jewish people often being stereotyped as greedy.

Kyanka passed away on November 9, 2021.
