==History==
Penny first appears during [[Colt]]'s flashback in [[Chapter 27: Shadow's Nightmare]]. She is shown going to the beach for a friendly outing with her fellow ''Brawl Stars'' characters. She, [[Stu]], and [[Sprout]] begin gossiping about the others, with Penny mentioning a "Doctor Frank" different from the Frank that they know.

Penny is then seen fighting back against [[Sinu]] and [[Minion]]'s horde of skeletons. She notices Sinu on the cliff, and suggests that [[Brock]] attack him directly. Penny watches as Brock is murdered midair by Sinu and prepares her cannon, but Minion, from a distance away, uses their strings to manipulate the cannon into shooting her instead, killing her.
