Penny is a character appearing in Tails Gets Trolled.
History
Penny first appears during Colt's flashback in Chapter 27: Shadow's Nightmare. She is shown going to the beach for a friendly outing with her fellow Brawl Stars characters. She, Stu, and Sprout begin gossiping about the others, with Penny mentioning a "Doctor Frank" different from the Frank that they know.
Penny is then seen fighting back against Sinu and Minion's horde of skeletons. She notices Sinu on the cliff, and suggests that Brock attack him directly. Penny watches as Brock is murdered midair by Sinu and prepares her cannon, but Minion, from a distance away, uses their strings to manipulate the cannon into shooting her instead, killing her.
