History
Lou first appears in Chapter 27: Shadow's Nightmare during Colt's flashback. He is seen on the beach with Penny and Sprout and the trio spend some time gossiping by the waters.

Lou is a Chromatic-tier brawler appearing in the mobile game, Brawl Stars.
Trivia
- Unlike the other Brawl Star characters, Lou does not appear in the initial group shot on Chapter 27: Shadow's Nightmare, Page 19 and shows up a page later.
