Boyfriend first appears harassing Hulk during Chapter 25: Wicked Influence. He is seen asking Hulk to suck his penis before a rock is thrown at him crushing his skull.

Boyfriend is a character originating from Friday Night Funkin'. He is the main lead and raps other characters in a quest to impress his Girlfriend and win the approval of her parents.
Differences
While he is able to combat others in Friday Night Funkin with his disses, it is unknown if he is still able to rap in Tails Gets Trolled. His shirt in Tails Gets Trolled also shows a penis.
