Differences
Similar to Spongebob, Patrick is unable to survive without water for long, but appears to be fine inside the bar with Spongebob. He also wears a ninja outfit as opposed to his usual look.
In the shows, Patrick's eyes are drawn connected together most of the time (being separated for gags), but in Tails Gets Trolled the inverse appears to be true as he is mostly seen with his eyes drawn apart.
