Tony appears as a anthropomorphic tiger with orange fur. He also wears a red neck scarf and black coat.
History
It is currently unknown how long Tony has been in the drug selling business. Tony first appears on Chapter 26: Anguish, Page 15 in a shady bathroom within the Mushroom Kingdom. There he hands Mario drugs.
