Frieza is a minor cameo appearing in Tails Gets Trolled, appearing in Chapter 22.
History
Frieza first appears alongside King Cold speaking with Sonic. He watches in horror as Sonic becomes Super Sonic, noting that he has the same eyes as another Saiyan before the scene cuts away.
Real Life Origins
Frieza is a major antagonist appearing in the Dragon Ball series. The version of Frieza appearing in Tails Gets Trolled specifically appears to be his future form.
