The Neighborhood Watch are a gang of five trolls, consisting of Jill, ToopToop, Narrow, Kit, and Staph.

Appearance

Each member of the watch has a very distinct appearance. Jill is an extremely skinny woman wearing a dark blue top and lighter blue pants. She has dark brown hair and eyes. ToopToop is a short man made entirely out of rectangles.

Narrow is a light green bird with a large yellow beak, and Kit is a bald man with a diamond shaped tattoo on his forehead. He also has markings underneath his eyes and wears a tribal like cape adorned with red patterns on it. Staph is a large, burly man with purple skin (though he appears white in one panel on Page 10 of Chapter 22) and black hair/beard. He appears to be somewhat obese, and wears a green shirt with dark blue pants.

History

Aside from Kit, not much is known about each member's individual backstories. it is mentioned by Kit that his family was set upon and killed by bandits when he was a child. The bandits had forced him to watch as they raped his mother and sister and murdered his father by crushing his head with a rock.

Prior to their official appearance in Tails Gets Trolled, the Neighborhood Watch settled in Troll City long ago. They became good friends over time and devoted themselves to protecting the city. By the time of their appearance in Tails Gets Trolled, however, Kit's conviction wavers.

Upon seeing the chaos at the castle, the Watch moves out to protect, but are stopped by a quartet of identical looking trolls. They state that those who wish to enter the castle must receive a pass from Troll Face obtained by giving him a rimjob. The group refuses and are promptly stopped. Kit begins to reflect on his situation, stating that he has come to the realization that the city they protect is cursed and not worth protecting. The others are shocked to see his confession. Kit then leaves with Narrow to discover his purpose in the world, leaving Jill, Staph, and ToopToop behind.

Personality

Kit aside, the group wholeheartedly believes in protecting Troll City. Jill is willing to beat the identical trolls with her sign to gain entry to the castle.

Individually, Jill is a kind woman. She comforts ToopToop as he cries over Kit's leave, and genuinely believes that The Trolls are not bad people. Staph appears to be a gamer, using gaming lingo in his text that appears to be referencing League of Legends. Like Jill, he appreciates Troll City for the shelter it provided for the group. Narrow does not have much development other than he agrees with Kit and leaves with him. ToopToop appears to be the "youngest" of the group mentally, as he bursts into tears while Kit leaves, as opposed to the others who seem accepting of Kit's decision.

Of the group, Kit shows more development than the others. As mentioned, his faith in protecting the trolls and Troll City has begun to waver. Unlike his comrades, he struggles with the idea of protecting the city due to not believing that these people are worth saving. It is unknown what transpired over the course of his stay in Troll City for him to feel this way, however. His bird, Narrow seems to be loyal to him, as he (remorsefully) leaves with Kit.

Abilities

The group has not shown any special powers thus far. Jill and Kit, however, appear to be somewhat proficient in melee weapons, using a "Don't rape us" sign and a gigantic sword respectively.
